In-Game Assist & Ticket Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines below when requesting staff assistance in-game.

When to Use an In-Game Assist

Use an assist only for urgent in-game issues such as:

Housing-related requests
Tornado/carnado issues
Locked hospital doors
Being stuck under the map/world
Refund-related assists only if staff specifically told you to make one through a ticket
Other immediate issues that do not require video evidence

If the situation requires a clip, screenshot, or detailed review, you must open a ticket instead.

When to Open a Ticket

Tickets should be used for reports, rule breaks, and issues that need investigation, including:

RDM / VDM
Cop baiting
Reporting a player
Reporting an officer
Technical bugs involving jobs, vehicles, scripts, or other city systems
Any situation involving someone breaking server rules

Examples of Invalid Assists

Do not submit vague assists such as:

“Help me”
“Pls help me”
“My car won’t let me in”
“Can someone look at my ticket?”
“I have a question”

These assists do not give staff enough information to help you.

Rule Breaks Must Be Handled Properly

If your issue involves someone breaking rules, you are expected to continue the scene in character. Do not go OOC, break character, or make comments such as “Enjoy your flight, I’m reporting you.”

There is a proper reporting process, and it must be followed through tickets.

Be Specific

When submitting an assist, clearly explain what you need help with. Staff will not respond to assists that only say “help,” “please help,” or “I’m stuck” without details.

Spamming assists or repeatedly submitting vague requests may result in communication restrictions or a ban.

Admins only have a limited time to accept assists. If your assist is cancelled, it means no staff member is currently available. In that case, open a ticket and do not continue submitting the same assist.
