Terms of Service

By accessing the Redwood ValleyRP website, Discord, FiveM server, support system, Tebex store, or any related service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, our community rules, Discord rules, and staff decisions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Redwood ValleyRP services.

Redwood ValleyRP is an independent roleplay community. Redwood ValleyRP is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, FiveM, or any related company. All GTA V, Rockstar Games, FiveM, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To use Redwood ValleyRP, you may need: A valid copy of Grand Theft Auto V, a FiveM/Cfx.re account, a Discord account, and a Redwood ValleyRP character/account profile. You are responsible for your own account security. Sharing accounts, ban evading, using alternate accounts to avoid punishment, or impersonating another player, staff member, business, or department may result in removal from the community.

Players must treat others with respect. The following may result in warnings, kicks, bans, Discord removal, character wipes, or permanent account termination: Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, real-life threats, doxxing, targeted bullying, cheating, exploiting, mod menus, duping, combat logging, abusing bugs, staff disrespect, false reports, or intentionally ruining roleplay. Redwood ValleyRP is a serious roleplay server. Players are expected to follow RP standards, including rules against RDM, VDM, fail RP, powergaming, metagaming, unrealistic roleplay, and abuse of game mechanics.

The official Redwood ValleyRP rules are part of these Terms of Service. Rules may be updated at any time to improve server quality, balance, security, or compliance. It is the player’s responsibility to stay updated with rule changes posted on the website or Discord.

Redwood ValleyRP staff may investigate reports, review logs, check screenshots/videos, monitor Discord activity related to the server, and issue punishments when needed. Staff decisions are final unless an appeal is accepted. Submitting a ticket or appeal does not guarantee a reversal. False reports, edited evidence, lying to staff, or abusing the ticket system may result in additional punishment.

Any server purchases, donations, memberships, or packages must be handled through Redwood ValleyRP’s official Tebex store. Purchases do not give players ownership of Redwood ValleyRP, staff authority, immunity from rules, or guaranteed access to the server. Perks, packages, vehicles, items, roles, priority access, or other benefits may be changed, removed, balanced, delayed, or discontinued at any time if needed for server balance, technical reasons, policy compliance, or legal compliance. Redwood ValleyRP does not sell in-game currency for real money, loot boxes, chance-based paid rewards, gambling systems, cash-out systems, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or real-money trading.

All purchases are final once delivered. Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or abuse of the payment system may result in removal of purchased perks, account suspension, Discord removal, or a permanent ban. If a purchase does not deliver properly, players must open a support ticket with proof of purchase.

All characters, money, vehicles, businesses, properties, inventories, jobs, ranks, licenses, and other server data are virtual server data only. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be sold or traded outside the server, and remain subject to wipes, resets, balancing, bug fixes, database issues, or staff action. Redwood ValleyRP may wipe, adjust, remove, or restore data when needed.

Players must report bugs, exploits, dupes, economy abuse, security issues, or broken scripts immediately. Using or sharing exploits instead of reporting them may result in a permanent ban. Use of mod menus, injectors, unauthorized software, macros, cheats, or any tool giving an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

By submitting content to Redwood ValleyRP, including screenshots, videos, character stories, applications, tickets, Discord messages, bug reports, business applications, or media, you allow Redwood ValleyRP to use that content for moderation, community management, server improvement, promotional posts, and record keeping. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted music, stolen logos, real-world brand assets, or another person’s private information.

Redwood ValleyRP may collect information needed to run the community, including Discord ID, FiveM/Cfx identifiers, license identifiers, IP-related security logs, character data, support tickets, ban records, staff notes, application answers, and website account information. Payment information is handled by the payment provider/Tebex and should not be sent to staff through Discord or tickets. A separate Privacy Policy should explain what information is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how users can contact Redwood ValleyRP about privacy questions.

Redwood ValleyRP is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the server, website, Discord, database, scripts, Tebex store, or support system will always be online, error-free, or unchanged. The server may restart, crash, update, wipe, close temporarily, or shut down permanently without compensation.

Police, EMS, DOJ, staff, gangs, businesses, and other whitelisted positions are privileges, not rights. Redwood ValleyRP may approve, deny, suspend, demote, or remove whitelisted access at any time based on conduct, activity, RP quality, rule compliance, or server needs.

Players may not use Redwood ValleyRP to plan, encourage, or promote real-world illegal activity, threats, fraud, harassment, doxxing, swatting, violence, self-harm, or harm to others. Roleplay is fictional, but real-world threats or unsafe behavior will be treated seriously and may be reported where appropriate.

Redwood ValleyRP may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website, Discord, Tebex store, or FiveM server after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
