For example, if a banned player asks for deletion, we may still keep limited ban records, identifiers, and staff notes to protect the community.

Redwood ValleyRP is intended for users who meet the age requirements of Discord, FiveM, Grand Theft Auto V, and the laws in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the required age. If we learn that a user is underage, we may remove their access and delete related account information where appropriate.

Players should not post or submit unnecessary real-life personal information through the website, Discord, tickets, or in-game chat. Do not submit: Government ID Home address Banking information Passwords Private medical information Private information about another person Doxxing material Any attempt to dox, threaten, expose, or misuse another person’s private information may result in a permanent ban and may be reported where appropriate.

If you submit screenshots, videos, clips, logs, or other evidence to staff, Redwood ValleyRP may use that content to: Investigate reports Review ban appeals Handle staff complaints Improve moderation Protect the server community By submitting evidence, you confirm that you have the right to share it with Redwood ValleyRP.

Some services used by Redwood ValleyRP may store or process information outside Canada, including the United States or other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may be different from Canadian laws. By using Redwood ValleyRP services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your province or country.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, limit harm, secure affected systems, and notify users or authorities where required by law.
